Shareholder suit against Allergan over Botox dismissed

A long-running shareholder derivative suit against the maker of Botox ended late Wednesday in dismissal by a federal judge. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter of Santa Ana dismissed the suit, ending nearly five years of litigation.
