Bar pass rate falls to 39 percent for February exam

A year ago, 45 percent passed. Latest decline mirrors drop on larger July exam.

Just over 39 percent of those who took the California Bar Exam in February passed
- a noticeable drop from a year ago, according to statistics released Monday.


In 2014, 45 percent passed the February exam.
