Weil handles acquisition for Opera Software

Opera's $75 million deal is the second in as many days to be led by Redwood Shores partner Keith A. Flaum. Flaum also spearheaded the firm's representation of Oracle in its $5.3 billion purchase of Micros Systems on Monday.

Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP advised Oslo, Norway-based technology company Opera Software ASA in its $75 million cash acquisition of AdColony, a Los Angeles-based mobile video advertising network.
