OC Judge To Retire
Judge David C. Velasquez, who supervised the Orange County Superior Court's complex civil courthouse for four years, will step down from the bench next month.

SANTA ANA - Judge David C. Velasquez, who supervised the Orange County Superior Court's complex civil courthouse for four years, will step down from the bench next month.
Velasquez, who leaves the court July 15, said he will join Judicate West in August as a neutral. His formal retirement date is in September.
