Democrats Reintroduce Equal Rights Amendment

Congressional Democrats pointed to the U.S. Supreme Court decision blocking a colossal gender-bias class action against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. when they reintroduced the Equal Rights Amendment on Wednesday.

WASHINGTON - Congressional Democrats pointed to the U.S. Supreme Court decision blocking a colossal gender-bias class action against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. when they reintroduced the Equal Rights Amendment on Wednesday.
