Investment Suit Against San Mateo Dismissed

Judge dismisses suit against San Mateo County over Lehman Brothers investments.

A judge has dismissed a $20 million lawsuit brought by school districts who claimed San Mateo County invested too heavily in Lehman Brothers, which declared bankruptcy in 2008.
