MGA Hires Nolan in New York Suit
Bratz manufacturer MGA Entertainment Inc. has hired Los Angeles litigator Thomas J. Nolan of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP to defend the toymaker against a New York lawsuit involving an artist who's challenging the company's rights to the successful doll line.
