U.S. Attorney Issues Subpoena to Gilead
Foster City-based Gilead Sciences Inc. announced late Friday that the biopharmaceutical company received a subpoena from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California requesting documents related to some of its drugs.

Foster City-based Gilead Sciences Inc. announced late Friday that the biopharmaceutical company received a subpoena from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California requesting documents related to manufacturing, quality and distribution of its HIV/AIDS, liver disease and cardiovascular drugs Atripla, Emtriva, Hepsera, Letairis, Truvada, Viread, and Truvada in combination with Endurant.
