Skadden Arps: MAGELLAN SOFTWARE TAKES NAME, MERGES WITH GAUSS
Irvine-based Magellan Software Inc. has merged with and taken the name of Hamburg, Germany's Gauss Interprise. The combined cash and stock transaction is valued at more than $75 million. By Melissa Onstad and Victoria Newman.
