LAPD Officer Pleads Guilty

A veteran police officer who was assigned to the Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Division pleaded guilty Friday to a federal civil rights charge and admitted lying about seeing a suspect drop a gun at the time of his arrest in April 1995.
