Blythe Lawyer Closes Practice During Inquiry

BLYTHE - What do you call one fewer lawyer in Blythe? Jeffrey J. Hegberg, apparently. One of only six private attorneys in this Colorado River town of 18,000 near the California-Arizona border, Hegberg has shut his doors in the middle of an investigation into allegations he embezzled money from clients to support a gambling habit.
