Courts to Curtail Hours During DNC

The clerk's office of the U.S. District Courthouse in Los Angeles will be open during its regular hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, but will only accept emergency filings on Thursday, due to the Democratic National Convention.
