9th Circuit Dismisses Religious-Bias Lawsuit

SAN FRANCISCO - Without resolving whether free exercise of religion trumps civil rights protections, a federal appellate court has wiped out a ruling that would have allowed landlords to refuse to rent to unmarried couples on religious grounds.
