Workers' Compensation Judge Stolzberg Dies

Michael Stolzberg, a retired workers' compensation judge, died Monday from a lung infection. He was 86. According to retired civil trial lawyer Robert Proctor, a close friend and colleague, Stolzberg remained a volunteer and mediator long after his retirement.
