Attorney Laments Probable End to Rampart Cops Career

The attorney for Los Angeles Police Department Officer Humberto Tovar, whose firing has been recommended by a police board of rights panel, said Tuesday he feels disheartened that the young officer's career likely will be destroyed on the testimony of two felons.
