Cooley Raises $79K More in Contributions Than DA Gil Garcetti

Los Angeles County prosecutor Steve Cooley, who is challenging his boss, District Attorney Gil Garcetti, on the November ballot, has collected $574,082 in contributions since the last reporting period in February, about $79,000 more than the incumbent collected during the same period, according to Cooley's most recent campaign disclosure statement.
