SAN FRANCISCO - A San Francisco lesbian motorcycle group won a four-year battle Wednesday to trademark the term Dykes on Bikes.
The women and their pro bono attorneys have fended off a patent examiner who considered the term disparaging to lesbians and a Bay Area man who called it "scandalous and immoral."
