The chorus of calls on the right for the president to pardon I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby presumes that a pardon is the only option now left to keep Libby out of jail. That's not true. Although it's late in the day, Libby could simply agree to tell the truth and cooperate with Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald.
