WASHINGTON - Handing a significant victory to Wall Street, the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday barred two antitrust class actions claiming that the nation's leading investment banks conspired to inflate the prices of initial stock offerings for hundreds of technology companies during the dot-com boom of the late 1990s.
