Prosecutors Get More Time to Negotiate Milberg Case

LOS ANGELES - A federal judge granted a government request to postpone the deadline for dismissing charges against defendants in the Milberg Weiss kickback case Friday, signaling that the prosecutors' efforts to negotiate plea deals are continuing, lawyers familiar with the case said.
