New Chairman Adds Bite to State Watchdog Agency's Bark

Former legislator Ross Johnson has headed the Fair Political Practices Commission for only three months, but he already has ruffled feathers by scaling back the agency's memos and meeting minutes and cutting off live feeds of its meetings. Johnson says he's only trying to speed up the process and focus on the state's most egregious campaign-finance violators.
