ACLU Sues Over Deportation of Man Born in California

LOS ANGELES - Lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit Monday to force federal officials to help locate and return a developmentally disabled U.S. citizen who allegedly was deported to Mexico by immigration officials.
