SanDisk Corp. made a $1.1 billion bid to bolster its data center business with the acquisition of flash memory technology developer Fusion-io Inc. in a deal announced Monday.
Milpitas-based SanDisk relied on longtime counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates to handle the deal, with a team led by Palo Alto partner M. Amr Razzak.
