Study: Tech insiders bullish about industry dealmaking prospects this year

Of the 157 C-suite executives, in-house counsel, investment bankers and venture capitalists surveyed for the report, 72 percent said they planned to increase their spending on M&A through the rest of the year.

Tech sector insiders are bullish about their industry's dealmaking prospects for the rest of 2014, according to a report Friday from Morrison & Foerster LLP and technology market research firm 451 Research.
