In a recent sexual harassment case, a judge granted discovery sanctions against a company represented by Littler Mendelson PC, which positioned the individual plaintiff for a $1 million settlement nine days later.
While that case - involving allegations that witnesses were not produced for depositions - has ended, a new complaint was filed last month by one of the witnesses.
