TRI Pointe Homes Inc. Irvine Vice president, general counsel and secretary


Almost immediately after Irvine-based developer TRI Pointe Homes Inc. signed a $2.7 billion deal last November in a planned merger with the homebuilding arm of Weyerhaeuser Co., the newly combined company asked Bradley W. Blank to come on board as general counsel.
