Two name partners leave prominent plaintiffs' firm
Khorrami Boucher Sumner Sanguinetti LLP lost two of its name partners Monday: Scott H.Z. Sumner and Elise R. Sanguinetti. The moves leave the firm's Oakland office with just one attorney.

Prominent plaintiffs' firm Khorrami Boucher Sumner Sanguinetti LLP lost two of its name partners Monday. Scott H.Z. Sumner and Elise R. Sanguinetti have departed the Oakland office, leaving the branch with just one attorney.
Sumner launched his own firm, SumnerLaw, in Walnut Creek. Sanguinetti couldn't be reached for comment on her future plans.
The firm will be known as Khorrami...
