Video game creator ZeniMax Media has sued Oculus VR for allegedly misappropriating trade secrets that were critical to the development of the Oculus Rift, a game-changing virtual reality headset. The federal complaint, filed in the Northern District of Texas, comes on the heels of Facebook's announcement that it plans to buy the Orange County-based Oculus VR for $2 billion in cash and stock.
