Attorneys help knock Avalon off list of state's dirtiest beaches

Attorneys Scott Campbell and Shawn Hagerty, both partners at Best Best and Krieger LLP, helped the city of Avalon on Catalina Island gain legal authority to make changes and use government funding to clean the area's polluted bay.
