Court Allows Man's Lawsuit Against Airline

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles federal judge has paved the way for an American of Middle Eastern descent to go forward with his lawsuit against United Airlines for ejecting him from a post-Sept. 11 flight after a crew member reported feeling "uncomfortable" with him aboard.
