Suit Claims Noel, Knoller Conspired in Prison Probe
SAN FRANCISCO - Local lawyers Robert Noel and Marjorie Knoller, already in prison for their roles in the notorious dog-mauling case, lied to a federal judge and their own client to conceal the alleged complicity of a clique of Pelican Bay prison guards in the killing of an inmate, according to federal court papers filed this week.
