Family Law Specialist Becomes Bar Leader

INDIO - Palm Desert family law specialist Basil T. Chapman was installed Friday as president of Riverside County's Desert Bar Association. Chapman, 55, succeeds Indian Wells attorney Brian S. Harnick as head of the 300-member group, which encompasses the Riverside County desert legal community from Palm Springs to Blythe.
