Russo Grades His Performance

OAKLAND - Attorney John Russo's first Community Report Card for the city's legal department is a pamphlet that summarizes the office's annual report for the 2001-02 fiscal year. The report was delivered to the city council last week, and the pamphlet will be mailed to city residents Wednesday.
