Toyota Seeks to Seal Lawsuit Alleging Discovery Violations

Citing attorney-client privilege, Toyota has asked a federal judge to seal a bombshell of a lawsuit filed by a former in-house lawyer alleging that the automaker illegally concealed discovery from plaintiffs in scores of lawsuits stemming from deadly rollover accidents.
