Judge Upholds Ruling Nixing Furloughs for Some State Workers

SAN FRANCISCO - Clerical workers for the State Compensation Insurance Fund can immediately return to work and are entitled to back pay, a San Francisco County Superior Court judge ruled Thursday, upholding her previous order on the matter.
