Business Interests Pick New Fight Over California Emissions Standards

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Automobile Dealers Association filed a petition for review with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Colombia Circuit against the Environmental Protection Agency earlier this week.
