Hard Drive Deal Offers Signals of Tech Rebound

Attorneys in the California offices of Reed Smith and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati were behind Santa Ana-based hard drive maker STEC Inc.'s secondary public offering of 9 million shares for $279 million.

Attorneys in the California offices of Reed Smith and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati were behind Santa Ana-based hard drive maker STEC Inc.'s secondary public offering of 9 million shares for $279 million, finalized Aug. 11.

Reed Smith's deal team was lead by David Mittelman in San Francisco, Allen Sussman in Los Angeles and Mark Pedretti in New York.
