Billionaire's Fate Over Plea Is in the Hands of 9th Circuit

PASADENA - Orange County billionaire Henry Samueli spent what was likely an uncomfortable Wednesday morning as a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals fired quizzical looks and one question after another at his lawyer.

At stake is whether Samueli will eventually face time behind bars.
