Entertainment Lawyer Sues Ex-Firm Over Funds

A former Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp partner has sued the firm for failing to refund more than $25,000 of his contributions upon his departure, claiming the entertainment boutique cited firm steep losses in withholding the money.

LOS ANGELES - A former partner has sued Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp for failing to refund him more than $25,000 of his capital contributions upon his departure last year. Gary Gans says the entertainment boutique cited steep firm losses as a reason for withholding the money.
