New Home at Disney for Marvel's Men in $4 Billion Deal

Lawyers from Paul Hastings and Dewey & LeBoeuf helped wrap up marathon negotiations for the Mouse House's $4 billion purchase of comic book hulk Marvel Entertainment Inc.

LOS ANGELES - Lawyers from Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, outside counsel for Marvel Entertainment Inc., are headed home after the Walt Disney Co. announced Monday it has agreed to buy the comic-book hulk for $4 billion in cash and stock.
