Chrysler Will Take Liability For Old Autos

Chrysler Group LLC caved in to pressure by consumer advocacy groups, announcing that it will accept responsibility for future product liability claims for old Chrysler cars.

Chrysler Group LLC, which previously shed liability for injuries in autos made before its bankruptcy sale, apparently caved in to pressure by consumer advocacy groups last week, announcing it would accept responsibility for future product liability claims for old Chrysler cars.
