Jury: Solano D.A. Violated Plaintiff's Civil Rights

Solano County's district attorney and one of his investigators were found liable by a jury for retaliation against a bail bondsman on Wednesday, and hit with $90,000 in compensatory and punitive damages in a federal civil rights case.
