SF city attorney subpoenas developers of sinking skyscraper

Since opening in 2009, the San Francisco tower has sank 16 inches.

San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera subpoenaed the developers of a sinking skyscraper Tuesday.

The Millennium Tower in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood has sunk 16 inches since opening in 2009.
