Lawyers say Obama's driverless car policy gives limited road map

California lawyers voiced appreciation Tuesday with the Obama administration's guidelines for the emerging driverless car industry, but specific federal safety standards remain as hazy as how the automated vehicles will operate on a mass commercial scale.

California lawyers voiced appreciation Tuesday with the Obama administration's guidelines for the emerging driverless car industry, but specific federal safety standards remain hazy as to how the automated vehicles will operate on a mass commercial scale.
