Four counties seek $10 million against debt collector

Litigation against debt collector iQor US, Inc.and subsidiary Allied Interstate LLC for repeated robocalls continues after four district attorneys filed suit against the company.

Four California counties have filed suit seeking $10 million against debt collector iQor US Inc. and its subsidiary Allied Interstate LLC alleging the company repeatedly called California residents seeking money, in many cases to people who did not owe anything.
