Justice Alex C. McDonald, 1936-2016

4th District Court of Appeal Justice passed away suddenly Thursday at age 79. He served in Division One for 21 years.

Alex C. McDonald, a justice on the 4th District Court of Appeal, died suddenly Thursday at age 79. He served in Division One for 21 years.

Those who new him spoke of his warmth, charisma and sharp aptitude, as a judge and as an attorney.
