Plaintiffs Can't Avoid Facing Anti-SLAPP Motions' Merits

App. 2nd Dist., July 22, 2004) made it official: whenever a complaint is filed, there is no way for a plaintiff to avoid confronting an anti-SLAPP motion on the merits.
