Sacramento Judge Brought in to Replace Recused Bench

SAN FRANCISCO - None of the federal judges in San Francisco's Northern District wanted the case of the former Silicon Valley executive accused of trying to solicit the murder of their colleague, U.S. District Judge William Alsup, so it has been handed to a Sacramento judge.
