Smoker Sues Over Lack of Warning Labels
A naturalized citizen who spent more than half his life in the Philippines before immigrating to the United States has filed suit against Philip Morris, claiming the tobacco giant failed to label cigarette packages being sold in his native country with the same health warnings as those marketed in the United States.
