It's High Time for State Bar to Regulate Attorney Mediators

Culbert - In California, there are no institutional boundaries on what a mediator may or may not do in a mediation, other than the Judicial Council's Rules of Conduct for Mediators in Court-Connected Mediation Programs for Civil Cases.
